Frustratingly Ineffective and Poorly Made: A Total Disappointment!
As someone in my age dealing with chronic neck pain, I was hoping this would help, but it turned out to be a major disappointment. The pump mechanism is incredibly stiff—no matter how much pressure I applied, I couldn’t get it to work properly. It left me exhausted just trying to set it up. The material also feels flimsy, as if it could fall apart at any moment. I can’t believe I wasted my money on something so poorly made. Avoid this at all costs!

I am pleased with this product. It’s not complicated. Biggest thing I learned is not to move around too much while it’s under pressure or it will lose tension. It works well and has made a big difference with the pain caused by a bulge in my neck. It has relieved The nerve pain burning down my left arm. I do recommend using this product.

Very helpful home traction unit
I bought this specific brand and model upon the recommendation of my physical therapist. It brought tremendous relief between appointments and hopefully will save me some future visits as well. She did provide the information on intensity and frequency of use, which I recommend. It was easy to use since I was already familiar with using traction. She also trained me thoroughly so that I didn’t have the issues others mentioned about it not holding.

"Terrible quality, even worse customer service"
I bought this for my husband, hoping it would help with his neck stiffness, but it was completely useless. The device wouldn’t stay inflated properly, and the pressure wasn’t nearly strong enough to provide relief. What’s worse, when I tried to return it, I found out Amazon won’t allow returns for this product. I contacted the seller, and they were no help at all. Save yourself the headache and avoid this product altogether.
