Q: I received my kit today. The canvas is folded up. What is the best way to press it out flat before painting? And, is it pretreated with gesso?

Hello. Thank you for purchasing our paint. Wrinkles can be removed by ironing the back of the canvas on a flat surface before starting painting. We hope your time will be happy with our products. thank you.

Q: What size frame should I purchase that would show only the painting and none of the surrounding white?

A 16" x 20" frame is appropriate, but you will likely need to overpaint the edges a bit to ensure that no canvas is visible when framed. I found that the design wasn't quite a full 16 x 20, so I painted a thin black border along all of the sides before cutting it to fit the frame.

Q: How did you get the folds/creases out? Ive tried ironing and steaming it. Still there

A steam iron lessened them but did not eliminate them. I am now trying rolling it up against the creases but who knows. I'll never understand why the seller folded it in the first place.
