This is a cost effective product that has helped me maintain a healthy vitamin level. I had an issue with low Vitamin D due to some medications I have to take. After about 3 weeks, my levels are at a normal level.

If you do just a few minutes of research you'll learn how important vitamin D is to our bodies -- and NO, sunlight does not trigger sufficient self-production. We have been using this product for 3 years now and vitamin D detection in our blood test are now in the normal range. We pay extra during each annual exam with our doctor to measure for this (lab only charges us $6 out of pocket). Now Foods has become our Go To for vitamins, supplements, essential oils, and even a few food items [highly recommend their "Organic Hot Cocoa" milk chocolate powder]. They are a Christian-owned company with consistently-high quality ratings. Our primary reason for buying this brand is quality and little to no additives (synthetic chemicals).
