I needed this. I don’t have an ironing board anymore due to downsizing and this works great!

I love to sew but I do not like getting my ironing board out and having it take up room while I finish a project so this did exactly what I needed it to do. I use it on my stone countertops and it does not allow the heat to penetrate to the stone surface. For short pressing times this works perfectly.

Replaced an ironing board and saved space. So far it works out well.

I haven't used this item yet but it is substantial fabric and covers my small table nicely. I will be able to sit while using it.

Even though the product says you can use it on tabletops, you should definitely put something between your table and the ironing pad. I was using a med-hot iron and destroyed the veneer on my table. Definitely my own fault for not checking, but a note on the product page would have been helpful. A towel under the pad would probably have prevented this. Super bummed.
