Better than a white piece of paper. Able to decorate as needed. Easy clean up. Lots of complements. More than enough for our display.

Okay, so the workmanship is not perfect but, wow, for the price, this pkg of 5x6 chalkboards with stands is a great buy! My grands made little signs for their grampa for Father's Day with them so that he could wake up to them as a surprise. They looked adorable. Will be using them for an upcoming family reunion to direct guests to certain things like "Guest Towels--help yourself", etc. I used chalk pens on them (I'm a chalk pen addict) and then wiped the lettering off with a window cleaner and dried with a microfiber rag. No ghosting at all. (I think actual chalk on them might be pretty hard on the surface, look dumb and be hard to remove. But I'm just guessing.) (Sorry, this system doesn't allow for a vertical photo so you'll have to look sideways at it.)

I love these little chalk boards! Very cute! They could be used in a classroom, for weddings or parties, or just to occupy the kids. They are the perfect size. They are very steady and thick. They can be cleaned very easy.You get 12 at a great price. My only con would be the chalk paint was coming off very slightly around the edges; but I think it gives it characters and would be ideal for a rustic theme!

Quality is pretty nice, but description is misleading as they aren’t actually blackboards.

The slate boards were all slightly imperfect in one corner, but I just chose to put that part on bottom. Otherwise, they operated as stated. They are lightweight, so a weight behind them is necessary on a windy day. I’m happy with my purchase.

exactly as advertised, sturdy even though it could use a heavier base for our application (market stand in a sometimes very windy spot), chalk erases very easily when wiped. Will order more.

We use blackboards as place cards to welcome our clients to our salon and these are perfect! They are slimline and we are able to write messages as well!

This is a very nice item for the price. I was expecting something of much lower quality but was pleasantly surprised. The boards fit well in the stands and I like their attractive simplicity. My only concern is that I purchased them for upcoming farmers market season and I am afraid they might be a bit light on a windy day. This wouldn’t prevent me from buying them again however.A great item at this price!
