At first, we were very impressed with this tumbler. At this price we were surprised by how complete it came. More like a tumbler set or kit! You get 2 different "lids", one for the 2 steel straws & a straw cleaning brush. A useful carry pouch, a separate handle in case you don't want a handle. Just as the listing claims, the tumbler doesn't retain beverage taste or odor! It wotks. Hot is kept hot. Cold kept cold, especially if you use one of the lids. They do not leak, which is surprising given how easy they are to put on & remove. For me, there are 2 negatives. The 1st bigger than the 2nd. 1st, the photos are misleading. The ring of the handle & thus the handle does not remain at the height shown. It works its way up until you cannot drink from the tumbler without your bottom lip being on the handle's ring, which gets beverage on you & your shirt. From that point, you must use a lid. 99% of buyers will not be able to move the handle/ring back down. I cut mine off with my Dremel & use a generic handle I bought. It does not travel up the tumbler. I bought my wife two weeks after I bought mine. Fortunately, she didn't use it before I discovered the handle defect. She rarely uses a lid, so she tossed the handle. Just Beware. Unless you plan to always use a lid & need the handle do not put it on. You can let hot beverages cool before using a lid or your commute will end before you can drink it. Decide before you use the handle: is it no issue to lose choice of no lid? If you want to use a handle & still use no lid, add the cost of a generic handle($10-$16) to cost of this tumbler when deciding which to buy.

It's easy for me handle and I love the straws, especially the angled one, it makes it easy to drink out of when on the go.

I ordered a pink one but the steel one will die. Love the straw . But I suggest let hot beverage cool a bit first . The straw will burn your beverage Remains hot or cold for up to several hours .

I bought two of these cups. I keep one at work and one at home. They are AWESOME. They are leak-proof and they keep beverages hot for ages! You will not regret purchasing

I am absolutely loving this cup! It keeps drinks cold as long as my friend’s yeti cup.. I have always only purchased yeti tumbler but decided to buy this tumbler and have a try and what a surprise. There are so many pieces in the box, two lids, a cup handle, two straws, one brush, I have to point out is the great of the ice boll mold, the tumbler itself can make my drink stay ice cold, but the ice ball can make it colder. Super value , great product. Highly recommended.
