VPI Industries Replacement Vacuum Tube for HW16.5, HW17, and HW27 Cleaning Machines E3008/E3232

I just replaced a well used 10 year old 12 inch LP Vpi vacuum tube with two new ones for my old 16.5 cleaning machine and noticed a huge improvement in how much dirt and grime the new tubes pick up from old records as well as new ones. I'm currently using Disc Doctor Miracle record cleaner which requires a cleaning with triple distilled water after its use. It is a pain in the you know what compared with all the other one step cleaners but the pay off is enormous. Therefore I need to use two different VPI tubes so I don't contaminate the distilled water one with Disc Dr. one as it may leave a residue on the vinyl that could be harmful if left on for a long time. When I play a record using this new cleaning process the vinyl actually sounds much better than it did compared with other cleaners like VPI which did nothing compared with Disc Doctor and I used to think VPI fluid was pretty good before I tried DD.

Excellent part, but somewhat over-priced - I think...
