3 star review stands for "it's ok" - that describes this knee brace - just ok. for the price i knew i was taking a gamble, so if you asked me if i would buy it again, i'd say no. here are the pros and cons:PROS:- sturdy materials- rechargeable (no batteries to mess with)- seems to hold a charge long (if you don't use the massage feature)CONS:- the massage feature is not a massage. imagine the vibrate feature on your phone x10. in theory that wouldn't be bad if it would hold the vibration, but instead there are these short bursts. and the massage feature is also loud, so my dog was totally intrigued with it.- it stinks like plastic. i mean it stinks really bad... like paint fumes. although i appreciated the buzz - not my thing.- even though it does heat up well, it is very localized.- too small. if you read the reviews, you will see the same complaint. i'm 6'1" and have pretty long, lanky legs and the straps barely wrap around.

Heat is sweet relief for my knees! I had both knees replaced (five years ago when I was 52 years old). Ever since I still have horrible pain around my knee area which my doctor says is due to arthritis. These knee brace wraps are just the ticket for bringing relief after a long day. I’m not super fond of the massage element, as many people have said, it makes a lot of noise (annoying noise not just noise) and not a smooth action. However I do use the wraps primarily for the heat so it works out well for me. This is way better than laying a heating pad over your knees. I will say that while I’m a size 10 I do have thick legs and these wraps have Velcro pulls but when I first put them on I was worried they wouldn’t fit - obviously they did but not a lot of room to spare. I measured and my knees are 14-16 inches from just under knee to just above that area. I DO HIGHLY recommend these for anybody who is suffering from knee pain. I’ve only had for a week and have used them four times for about 30 minutes each (they seem to turn off automatically around 10 minutes so be sure to look and repress the ON button!). I purchased two right away, one for each knee. I did notice considerable relief for a couple hours after using. Again, I would highly recommend this product (mostly for the heat not so much for the massage).

I like the fact that the gift works well, has both heat and massage capabilities. It was a gift that my son is utilizing daily due to his two knee surgeries.

This device has changed my life , first able I never had problems with my knees , Las week I was doing some yard work on my knees n the next day I couldn't move my right leg , I visit my doctor and x rays showed a small fracture . I immediately started looking for treatment as I waited for an appointment with an orthopedic . I search for a brace to ease my knee pain and inflammation . I saw this device on Amazon and decided to order next day delivery . With in 2 days of using my knee was flexible and the pain was really gñoing away . This device allowed me to stretch and walk better as I was recovering . Amazing brace .

Works very well and heats up my knee in a therapeutic way. I like wearing it because afterwards my knee is a little more pliable and it helps me to be able to move my knee and have better range of motion.

I started to workout running, strength training and cross train and after a few weeks my left knee joint became painful I looked for ways to get rid of that pain and someone mentioned GLUCOSAMINE but I didn't like the warnings in the label so I searched for an alternative to it and found that heat may help so I bought this Knee brace wrap and used after the work out and you guessed right, they worked for me after a few days I got better I have no pain anymore even after a 99 mins jogging.it help me can't tell if will help somebody else but you can try it yourself

As a knee patient for several years now, I got very excited about finding something like this.I read a lot of the reviews and soon discovered that the massage feature wasn’t that great, but I didn’t care because what I wanted was the heat.I wish it would get a little bit hotter or at least give me a way to adjust that. There are days I would happily give up some battery life for some extra heat.It charges quickly and the battery lasts through several heat sequences. Knowing what I know now, I would order it again.
