Good plants fresh and nice

Just for buyer’s reference.
Plant arrived just in 2 days and the condition was fine. Now, let me tell everyone that, God has crafted this indoor plant in a beautiful water fountain like shape and i personally thank God for that. Its height is around 2 feet, so it is somewhat less than my expectation, but anyway, it will eventually grow up in few months. I may upload a picture of this plant few months later.

Poor Packaging: The plant arrived without adequate protection, resulting in a dead and wilted appearance upon unboxing.Missing Pot: Despite ordering a potted plant, the pot was nowhere to be found. It seems like a crucial element of the order was completely overlooked.Quality of Plant: The plant I received was in such a dire state that it was beyond resuscitation. This indicates a lack of care and attention to the products being sent out.Overall Experience:This has been a highly disappointing experience, and I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the quality of both the product and the service. I expected a healthy, well-packaged plant, and what I received was the exact opposite.

Product is delivered without self watering pot
Plant is in good condition but self watering pot is not sent as promised in product description. No branding on the pot as well and it is very dirty.

Poor packaging & harsh handling during transit broke the bottom of the self watering pot.Now the pot doesn't sit well on the floor.
