CYMAM E2102 Belt with Straps

I am a permanent electric wheelchair user and needed this for when being transported on mobility bus as they do not provide seat belts for wheelchairs (crazy as I broke my back in an accident) this is excellent it supports by torso perfectly and is comfortable and easy to use I need someone to help clip the back up for me but once done I feel safe and secure so much better and safer than a lap belt as this prevents your upper body slamming forward if an emergency stop was made ensuring I do not get any further spinal injuries and I'm safe to travel . It comfy for long journeys and easy to slipp the shoulder straps down and tuck away while your not in transit fits my chair really well very happy. It also folds small enough to store under my wheelchair.

Good quality but a little disappointing that it clips together at the back, which means less independence

I am trying to find out how to return this or as the shoulder strap stitching has undone. Please advise me accordingly. Thank you

What a great item, it’s improved my husbands posture heeps and he was trying to wriggle out his wheelchair..... not any more, I would definitely recommend this item .
