Beautifully packaged in a box and drawstring bag of excellent quality these varying resistance bands are colour and label coded for graduating use. My son had a cast removed from his broken arm after six weeks and his arm and wrist muscles had become very weak. He has used these bands to gradually build the muscles up in order to regain full rotation and strength in the arm. They have been a great physio aid in his rehabilitation.

Excellent value for money. Fast delivery and came well packaged.You receive a small bag to keep the bands in and a short simple workout guide.I would recommend you buy from this seller especially if its the first time use. Inexpensive and very good product

Great product for a really good price. Unfortunately my medium resistance band broke quite quickly (I think it was a one off thing as the light and heavy bands have been absolutely fine), and CIVAH were so good and refunded me the next day! Thank you for your great service

These are very good and well-made, but I had miscalculated and they are not right for an 84 year old recovering from a broken ankle. I need something LIKE this but my fault entirely/ Good product.

I have quite bad arthritis and plantar fasciitis in my right foot and my physiotherapist recommended these bands. Civah seemed good value for money and they are.They really have done the job. After only a few days my foot was feeling the best in years. I also realised I can use them for exercising other muscle groups.

Really liked these, compared to other ones I've used they felt much more robust. I also liked the colours, brighten up any workout!

Mine are just as described. I’ve been using them most days and so far they’re still in one piece. I ordered the 3 lightest bands (x-light, light and medium) and they’re not very resistant on their own so I tend to use them all at once for leg exercises, but that’s not a problem and if you’re new to resistance bands it’s probably best to start with lower strengths.UPDATE: unfortunately one of the bands has begun to tear after a few weeks of use. Disappointing.UPDATE 2: after only one month the blue band has completely snapped and the red and yellow bands have begun to tear. Very unhappy.

The loop is quite small so only for certain exercises.The difference in strengths is not that obvious. The yellow band is harder than the full length strip of yellow band by other brandsStrong, probably good for outer thighsI use all three together for some exercises where I need more resistance. They're good for a good range of specific exercises. I bought another set for my mum and to travel.

Ottima la spedizione. Gli elastici sembrano piccoli ma svolgono bene il loro lavoro, soprattutto per l'allenamento di gambe e glutei.Essendo già ad anello la quantità di esercizi che si riescono a svolgere è limitata, ma per quanto pagati svolgono egregiamente il loro lavoro.
