Caseology Vault for Galaxy S9 Case (2018) - Rugged Matte Finish - Burgundy

Excellent case! These are always the kinds of cases I prefer: flexible yet firm rubber which takes barely any space up, makes the phone easier to hold and also protects pretty well from drops. The top and bottom of the front are slightly extended so that the phone can safely rest on it's face without the surface touching the screen. Edges are still easy to use. The fingerprint reader on the back is very accessible with this case, but the heartbeat/samsung health sensors are a bit more difficult. They still work, but there is a gap between the phone and your finger due to the case's thickness over those sensors.

This is my fourth case from Caseology, which is the only one I'm not happy with.It's just one piece; I've grown accustomed to the dual layer cases from Caseology. And I mistakenly thought this one was the same. After I received the case, I didn't like the texture/design of it. It didn't quite match up to what I was expecting. What drew me to Caseology cases in the first place was not only the two-piece construction, but the designs and texture of the case(s), which are stylish and provide grip at the same time. This case looks boring in person and has really subtle groove lines. As a result, it very easily slips from my hand.I've also purchased a Parallax case that is labelled Wavelength [iPhone 6S], a Wavelength case [Galaxy S5], and a Parallax case [Award Winning Design] for the Galaxy S9. ALL of those are far superior and were each $3.00-$5.00 less expensive than the above Vault case.All in all, this particular case is too expensive for what you actually get.

A gift for my granddaughter. Case arrived on time, but was such an eyesore. Hurt that her gift wasn’t pleasing to her. No need to return...not worth it. She will order another case from another company.

I've been using the Caseology cases exclusively for years. They've always served their purpose -- not a broken screen or any damage yet! And they really hold up (one case!) for the 1.5 or 2 years I have my phone.I will say that this case is not actually "textured" as many of my others have been. If you're looking for groves to prevent slipping out of your hand, there's only a tiny bit of texture up near the camera. Yet it's still so great, I have to give it 5 stars. :)

I love Caseology, since I've discovered them it's all I buy if I want protection over looks(as in something graphic). This case is a lot better looking and better at protection than I thought it would be! I got this one just to have some sort of protection for my new phone because a different style I had originally wanted was sold out of the color I wanted. But turns out, I like this case and haven't remember to order the other style! I got the purple one. Didn't think I would even like the color much either but is a prettier shade of eggplant than the photo.

Love Caseology! I had a Caseology for my last phone as well. Dropped several times with both phones, and the case protected them well. Stylish, and less expensive than other brands, but does NOT look cheap at all! I am often asked where I got my case, and people are shocked to learn how little I spent. Will continue to purchase Caseology cases for future phones.

Case protects my phone well, I've dropped it several times without issue. Slightly lifted lip to protect the screen. Color is nice and after a month of use no signs of wear!The fingerprint sensor feels comfortable, but I do have more missed readings. It must just be the angle it puts my finger, because it's plenty open and a gradual enough slot down to the sensor.

Bought this case as the company seems legit and the case looked cool. However, a few months into using this case, it's begun to loosen up and my phone moves around in the case and the edges aren't tight on the phone anymore. I've tried contacting Caseology support and their "warranty" for replacing a case more than 30 days after purchase requires a near 10 dollar fee for "shipping and handling" which basically totals a brand new case. Their version of lifetime craftsmanship and manufacturer flaw warranty simply makes you pay for a brand new case yourself with with the 10 dollar fee. Buy something else and save your money.

Fantastic case. Not quite and bulky as others in the range. Great quality very durable (I drop my phone alot). Combined with a tempered glass screen protector, my phones is more than protected.Wouldn't buy any other brand now.

This case does the job. I can get my phone in and out of it easily and it's not bulky. The fingerprint reader works seamlessly. It's for my work phone that doesn't receive heavy duty usage. I have purchased a more durable case for my personal phone that I carry around more frequently.
