NOT A 12 CHANNEL DVR LIKE THE AD SAYS
I bought the 12 channel DVR and received an 8 channel DVR. The box it came in said "expandable to 12 channels" whatever that means. It only has 8 ports on the back of the DVR to plug your cables into. They sold this system with 8 cameras. That was fine with me because I had spare cameras I wanted to plug into the remaining 4 ports on the DVR. Now I can't do that. Deceptive Advertising!

We purchased this system and installed it at our church. I find it a good buy. It is working great, I just wish I knew more about retrieving the data, viz a viz if there was a way separate human from vehicle. I’m completely satisfied with mine.

Read the tech spec carefully. Though the listing clearly says 4k this is only a 1080p or 2k.
This is a bait and switch at its finest. I am partially to blame as I believed the listing and didn't read the spec sheet. Don't get fooled.

Good but bad
Cameras are great! Probelm was the system had no storage at all. I ordered a 2TB system and got a nothing system.
