This is how I prepared it:Heated 200ml of water in microwave for 150 seconds (2&half minutes) till water started boiling.Dipped 1 tea bag in the hot water for 5 minutes.Squeezed out the tea bag.The aroma and blend are just perfect.None of the 3 ingredients (Turmeric, Ginger and Cinnamon) over power each other. Perfect Aroma and blend of Turmeric, Ginger & Cinnamon.With every sip I get a pleasant and subtle taste and smell of all 3 ingredients.I think 1 cup (of 200ml) of this tea makes for a great addition to my diet. With 120 tea bags that’s a cool 4 months supply of tea. That’s under 12p a cup of tea - just perfect in every way.CAUTION: The turmeric can stain if you accidentally drop or rub it on your clothes - so be careful when you’re wearing light coloured clothes, not to drop it or wipe it on your clothing. In the last photo I shared, you can see the turmeric stain on my palm, fingers and nails.

I have suffered with insomnia for many years now and have been tried on various medications to try and help me get to sleep but non have worked, even zopyclone didn't help me to sleep. I tried these, I don't like the taste at all but they are helping me to get to sleep. They seem to be of good quality and are good value for money. The aroma is nice too. Give them a try, u might have a good night's sleep too.

Very much enjoying these tea bags delicious flavour.

Compared to other brands used I was very surprised to find that these bags contained pretty large "chunks" of ginger, much much coarser than expected. This meant that if simply used "out of the box" the resulting ginger tea was pretty weak and not very ginger flavoured. To resolve this I resorted to "mashing/crushing" the bags in a small kitchen oestle and mortar, but I expect that a similar effect could be achieved by crushing them between two desert spoons or using a rolling pin. Once crushed to a fiber granularity the resulting ginger tea was much more flavourful.
