Caseology Skyfall for Galaxy S9 Plus Case (2018) - Silver Metallic

I can't read say anything negative about the case because for the price you know you're not buying some rugged Defender type case. The case fits great the cutouts are all exact and wireless charging does work through the case. My only gripe with the case is that it does not improve gripability.the phone almost slides out of my hand sometimes when I pick it up. All in all, great case, not the most protective, but it's slim, cheap, clear and gets the job done if you are not a klutz.

I really like how sleek this case feels on my phone. It does not increase the size substantially, and you can still use a wireless charger with it. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I am not confident that if I drop my phone, it will truly provide the level of protection it claims to provide. I hope I don't ever find out, but I'll certainly update my review if it does happen. For the cost, it's a great case option.

I purchased this case based on the drop proof description. The case is as described and is a hard plastic. It fit the phone very tight which is good to stay on but bad if you want to pop it off it may scratch the phone. I also have smaller hands and I ordered too fast and didn't realize it didn't have the rubber edging to grip the phone. I ordered another caseology case with the rubber grip that should be on it's way when back in stock next week...woohoo! My last caseology case lasted more than 2 years and is still on my old phone that I gave to my daughter. Stick with brands that work

I've had two Caseology cases for my S7, and I was happy with those. So when I pre-ordered the S9 Plus, I thought about getting a case from Caseology again.While the craftsmanship was ok, and all holes aligned, there seems to be a gap between the outer hard plastic part and the soft TPU on the power button side.So every time I hold the phone in my hand, it always feel as if I pressed on a loose part.The other thing I didn't like was that the side was too rounded and flat. While it looks great to the eye, it's slippery to hold.With the S9 plus being a larger and heavier phone, it would have been nice if the sides were designed differently and provided some grip.(the Skyfall case for S7 was great in this regard since it had a trench along the side)

This screen protector cracked before I applied it on my phone. The quality is poor and the application guide was very unclear. It tells you to peel of a film labled #1 but there was no label anywhere. Also, there should be a warning on the guide telling you not to use the dust remover on the back side of the tempered glass. Unfortunately, that's exactly what I did. As a result, I got some residue on the glass. In an effort to remove it, the tempered glass cracked. Afterwards, I contacted customer service and asked for a replacement one. They agreed and shipped me a one-time replacement screen protector 6 days later, and then it took another 6 days to arrive. This time, I ran into some new problems. The screen proctector is not adhesive enough and makes a very noticeable clicking sound almost every time I tap on my phone. To make it worse, there was a big problem with screen sensitivity, and turning on touch sensitivity doesn't help much, making this screen protector very unusable.

In fairness, i've taken every clear case off that I've ever had. That being said, here's my thoughts: It adds drop protection, but doesn't add any extra grip to the back because of the polycarb. If it vibrates and its on the arm of a chair, it's going down to the floor. Also, i'm fairly certain the case scratched the back of the phone. I have some small scratches near the bottom of the phone. Granted, even if there's something abrasive in the case, the glass should have held up better. I usually like caseology cases. Just didn't like this one. Seemed like it would protect it from an accidental fall though.

The fitment of this case is perfect. What I dislike is a spot below the camera cutout that makes contact with the back of the phone, creating a dark spot.

The case is light weight and a good fit on the phone.Haven't had any issues but hoping it will protect good if dropped

Overall product is great and amazing, but the reason why I gave 3 stars and not 5 is that they seemingly sent me the wrong case? ALL of the reviews that I saw and read online, including the pictures showed a silver CHROME finish. But the product I received was just a matte silver?The only reason why I wanted to purchase the case was for the chrome-mirror like appearance...so yeah, kinda annoyed that the pictures display and market a chrome silver finish, while the actual product is a matte silver. I know that the chrome finished case (as displayed in the pictures) exists...? Just don't know why they only ship and offer the matte silver ones. It would be nice if they changed the name from "Silver Mettallic" to "Matte Silver".IF amazon or caseology reached out to me in anyway to help get me the silver chrome finished case, I would be more than happy to change this 3 star review to a full 5 it deserves.

Good solid case. Clear back so you can see the phone. Silver coloured hardened edge for protection. Decent level of protection with minimum bulk.
