Missing Hardware and Misinformed Instructions.
Missing and/or wrong hardware, and misinformed instructions. Yes, easy to assemble, and adjustable to what you need depending on your ac unit. Fine.. great even. HOWEVER... the hardware is a little 'off'. You SHOULD get a total of SIX Hex Nuts total...I got 4 hex nuts and two Lock Nuts that don't fit ANYTHING, and I got an assortment of Flat Washers and External Lock Washers. Instructions do not mention Lock Nuts or Lock Washers.. AND instructions also tell you to use 7/16" for the nuts... WRONG..too big, and 3/8" too small. Had to use 10 mm socket. Thankfully I have a lot of assorted nuts/bolts/screws/washers on hand to cover the F@#$ Up on their part. I am thinking of going down to Home Depot and replacing ALL the hardware so it doesn't come apart. Maybe put some Loctite on as well. Good Luck to ALL that buy.

Qualward Air Conditioner AC Window Support Bracket.
When I bought the bracket, I was skeptical that it will be the right fit for my unit, but once I installed it on the window it looks so professional and the air conditioning sat perfectly on it. The neighbors started asking me where I bought the bracket and I told them in Amazon that now I see other two brackets being installed on other windows. This bracket is excellent for any air conditioning unit and it is very easy to install. Excellent bracket I recommend it!

This is a neat product. Comes with level and easy instructions. Would have rated higher only it won't work with placement of our hardy board siding.

ZERO problems, all others either got a messed up/used box, or shouldn't be the ones installing it.
Works as expected.The right tools and "enough" light are required for any project to be a success.Don't complain about the product, if you can't even set this up without a manual.
