This product is a piece of junk. Don’t waste your money.

Q: How many watts or amps is this skillet?

i only know it is 200-400 degrees. This skillet is not good for slow cooking but it is very good it fast cooking.

1400 watts 120v-60Hz. Great unit.

Q: Did anyone else not have an attachment to fasten the cool touch knob to the lid? A screw or something?
