the top of the hat keeps folding down. it is also too small for adults

I ordered this as part of my Halloween costume this year. Unfortunately, it's a little too small for my head. I like the fringe, although I have no idea how they part it and make it look nice like in the photos. I'll still use it on one of my mannequins for the season. So it's not a total disappointment. It's a cute hat and I love the spider dangling from the top.

I got this for my Halloween costume, my two year old requested I be a witch, not sure if I’m offended or not but thats irrelevant. The hat brim pops out and keeps its shape, wearing it around the house the point stayed up fine. For Halloween I’ll stuff it with some tissue paper to ensure it stays up! The fringe does go all the way around and you can see through it pretty well but I may tape it up or cut some off because I can see this annoying me. I love the dangling sparkly spider, it adds a nice spooky touch.On thing to call out is that this hat is pretty small. I have a small head and this just fits me. If your head is large this will not fit you.

It is a very unique hat, at least for me it is. I love the fringe around it and the little spider on the top hanging down. The design of the hat is wonderful. I am sure I'll get lots of compliments on this hat.
