Q: Will these bags hold a concret stepping stone 10" to 16" round?

These bags are good, but not that strong...you need a reinforced cardboard box.

Q: it says the duro-hilex 87124 bag is brown in the amazon title - but the description says white and that its available in brown. which am i ordering?

Our order was for a non-profit food charity and was ordered without specifying white. Brown was received. There are other bag sizes that have the white notation but are also pictured as brown and I suspect white is special order. I strongly suspect you will also receive brown.

Q: Do you know what the paperweight of this bag is - looking for 60#?

I do not know the weight...but it is a very sturdy capacious bag....PC

Q: we need to use brown bags that are compostable for some of our trash. Will these work?

I use these bags to give out blankets. . .sturdy gift bags. I guess you can put compost material in them. You definitely would need to take them out right after you put your fruit and veggies in them. I am so glad you asked the question, it reminded me to order more :)
