It actually works pretty well on the mat and the socks are now slippery.
Finally, I found a pair if socks that actually work on the mat and they are not slippery. Great product. I strongly recommend them.

Great for BJJ and martial arts
Awesome grip for BJJ. Pretty long lasting as well with 3 training days on my schedule. I have bought two socks so far and each pair has lasted me a few months. I am 240lb and believe I use more grip than normal but nonetheless it’s an amazing product. About to order another one because of my training frequency. While keeping my others one in rotation.My foot is 9 1/2 and notice the medium is a bit small but not enough for them to fall off. I will be going with a medium in long tube or a large in short sock version
