This is a special PoE Switch with 24V DC out, it can not Compatible with 802.3af(48v). It could work only on some special customized 24V PoE device(e.g Ubiquiti 24V PoE device), please confirm your device is using DC 24v PoE before you purchase this PoE Switch. If you can not figure out the PoE voltage of your device, we suggest you to buy 48v PoE Switch which can follow 802.3af agreement. Which do not compatible with IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at, this is an unusual non-standard 24V unsolicited Power Over Ethernet switch. It supplies power NO MATTER WHAT, so don't plug the "Power Link 1~4" side into anything that isn't ready for it.
