Different then expected - issue resolved in a great manner
It looks so ugly and cheap. Definitely not worth £99. The leg part is not wooden as it appears on the picture, its the same material as on top. It is not full at all as it shows on the picture, it got huge gaps. The fake snow is literally everywhere. It is such a huge disappointment! Don't buy from here. I did apply to return this, so we will see how it goes woth that. Apparently I also need to pay for shipping now! I hope I will get my money back at least.EDIT:I have contacted the seller and they were so helpful! Very polite and professional. They offered me 50% refund if I would like to keep the tree. I removed the long leg as I didn't really like it and made a smaller tree out of it. It's around 4ft and now it looks really beautiful. It looks much fuller as it is smaller. It doesn't even need decorating since the fake snow makes it look so pretty already. I am very pleased with that purchase.

Well I cannot say anything good about this tree mine was dangerous wires hanging out everywhere poor quality especially for the price of nearly 70 pounds won't be ordering off here for a christmas tree again

Great Christmas 🎄
This tree blew my expectations! I'd been looking for a nice tree with berries, cones and snow, to upgrade from my 7 year old twig.This has blown my mind for just under £60, it's a very full tree. I no longer need tacky tinsel to cover bald spots. I'm very pleased with this tree.

Great pencil tree
Easy to assemble and a very full looking tree. Perfect for small spaces! Measurements did vary from those on the description but happy with my purchase.
