Takes getting used to but works well
Definitely whitens teeth but can be a bit messy. Whatever you do, be careful you don't spill it. I can imagine you'd be cleaning it up for months to come..!

A little sensitive but works
I was really skeptical about buying this as a lot of ad people claim it to be the next big thing. Never theless i wanter to see what all the fuss was about.When I used the activated charchol I made sure to really brush the front and back of my teeth for about 2min (it was messy). Then I rinsed mouth with water and bushed my teeth again with toothpaste. They looked whiter!A couple of days after teeth were a little sensitive but I think thats because all the plaque is removed and so teeth are more open to sensitivty.I'll only be using it once a week then once a month. Overall I'm happy with the results.

won't lie it Is very messy even for adults so keep it away from kids lil fingers as my bathroom floor discovered lol but it is an excellent product for whitening taste not so good but over a few uses could really begin to see an improvement in both mine and my partners teeth he smokes and drinks numerous cups of coffee daily and it defo helped him will be buying it again soon as we have used this pot

Makes teeth and gums squeaky clean!
Havent noticed a difference in whiteness of my teeth although ive only been using it a day or so. Maybe it will make a difference with repeated use. To those saying its messy, i think you are forgetting you are brushing with CHARCOAL. What did you expect! Overall makes teeth very clean with none of those nasty chemicals that commercial toothpaste has. Will keep using for that benefit and hope the whiteness comes with repeated use.UPDATE: ive now been using this for 5 days, and it seemed i reviewed about the whiteness to early! Its made a huge difference in such a short period of time, i would post the before and after photos however im a bit concious of my wonky bottom set, but trust me when i say its really helped!! Take before and after photos and you'll really notice the difference. Will keep using this!

When they tell you that this product is messy, take it seriously. It will leave everything black.. your sink, your fingers, your toothbrush. Be prepared for some cleaning. If the product actually worked, that would be a minor hiccup. That it is not the case. I have used it several times, tried making a paste with the charcoal and water and applying to my teeth directly, scrubbing teeth with toothbrush. It didn't made any difference. My teeth won't get any whiter with this product, period. I do drink some coffee daily, not an avid coffee drinker, and my teeth are somewhat yellowish. I do know that not everyone has the same enamel, and age, drinks/foods can stain teeth. I was hopping this product would somehow remove some of the yellow, but I was wrong. I have 2 porcelain veneers and I did not noticed any staining, but not all veneers are the same, so please be aware. Also beware, charcoal powder is highly abrasive, and will wear out your enamel. There is only one way to have whiter teeth without permanently damaging your teeth, is by being done by a professional.

Really good but can be messy if not careful
Package arrived ealry and the packaging was intact. Opening/using the powder can be messy and it does stain fabrics, so you have to be careful. Once you dip your wet brush and start brushing, its tasteless and doesn't foam. Your teeth feel clean and fresh after rinsing, and you instantly see some difference although don't expect anything impressive from first wash. After two weeks of using, my gums are healthier and teeth do seem whiter. I do believe your teeth need a break, so i personally stop brushing for a week every two weeks as i feel its a bit harsh otherwise. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a more natural teeth whitening method. Don't think its suitable daily use for anyone with really sensitive gums or thinning enamel.Wish I could provide pictures but didn't think to take any!

Use at night!
I've been using this for a week and already seeing results. I dont use it in the morning as it's quite messy and I don't have time to be cleaning it up so I use regular toothpaste, I use it at night before bed and also brush with regular toothpaste after. My teeth feel super clean and are brighter already! My friends can see the difference in my smile too!

I am giving this 4 stars only because I've just been using it for a couple days ago have yet to see any whitening. However. It is a very effective cleanser. My mouth felt extremely clean after using compared with normally. Will definitely continue to use and but again. The only downside to using charcoal is the mess! But it is a minor due to the results/ benefits.
