I had an alergic reaction and the seller greatly responded. Good Seller
I have a dry nose issue and using the product I realized that I was allergic to one component. I did contact the seller and her response was right away taking care of my problem. 5 Star seller.

Meh. Didn't do much for me.
I suffer from nasal dryness due to use of a CPAP device. I am constantly in search for a good remedy. This wasn't it.In my experience, gels just don't do anything for nasal dryness. I need something more emollient. I thought the addition of allantoin would make a difference. Not so in my case. I have been cautioned by numerous doctors to NOT use Vaseline and similar petrolatum products, as if these are inhaled into the lungs, they cannot be eliminated and can ultimately lead to lung problems. I have used products with sesame oils and natural botanical oils and found them to be effective and safe. Chalk this one up to trial and error.

Triderma Nasal Dryness Relief - a MUST for we oxygen users
I wear oxygen and was having a horrible problem with a really tender nose. Not much I could do about it until I heard about Triderma Nasal Dryness Relief. It was a Godsend and hope I never have to be without it again.

Need to reapply too often
This product feels great when it's first applied. But relief only lasts for a very short time--I'm talking minutes, not hours here. I am an oxygen user and nasal dryness is a plague. My nose is so dry, it bleeds and who wants to be constantly awakened to reapply this gel? I switched to Ayr. I now sleep through the night after just one application. And Ayr is much cheaper. Do yourself a favor and just order Ayr.

AWFUL! STINGS! ouch!!!
(buy pure shea butter, or coconut butter, that's what I did after this) ......I was looking at this on Amazon, and actually thought i bought something else. It must have been one of those days where my "one click" finger got out of control because I rarely buy things with bad average reviews. But those reviews are on target.. this stuff is terrible! It's a thin gel which soaks right in, so there's no lingering protective film or moisture barrier to keep delicate skin protected. And there are ingredients in here that are NOT good for chapped or chaffed skin. I can't point them out directly to you, because I dont know which are causing the problem.. but something is absolutely irritating my skin. Yes, I have sensitive skin, that's why I bought this in the first place. I expected SOOTHING and repairing. Instead I got thin gel that stings the heck out of my nose area. It's going in the trash.
