The picture of the “soft” neon orange was perfect my project. But what I received was actually bright, make my 80’s childhood self giddy with delight, neon orange. If you want neon orange it’s the perfect color. I now think the “soft” in the description did not refer to a dampening of the neon color but rather the texture of the yarn.

I'd never used this brand of yarn before. Red Heart is what is pretty much available to me. Some of it is scratchy, some soft. It does soften when you wash it, tho, so that helps but this is nice & soft already. I just started using it & it may be a little too soft for what I am doing. I am trying to do a filet of cats blanket where the cats are skipped stitches in the DCs forming an outline of them. They might show up better with a little bit stiffer yarn but if I can master it, it will be beautiful especially in this lovely color.

This yarn is better used for socks or mittens as it is thin. I used it anyway, but it's not thick like a regular 4ply yarn

Love this yarn! Purchased 6 skeins of the purple for a throw I crocheted for a friend. The color is deep and vibrant. The yarn is easy to work with and the end result is gorgeous. I already purchased another 6 skeins in the teal/turquoise. Just as gorgeous as the purple!

I love this brand. It always is super soft even after washing with minimal pilling. I always pick this for when I'm making nice gifts.

Easy to work; flows smoothly onto hook and through loop to form double crochet for blanket construction.
