For use on good leather shoes and not for the sneaker crowd.
These are the first shoe shine cloths I’ve bought in the past 30 years. They look great and are probably the last I’ll need in this lifetime. And yes they will get a little ragged looking after 20 years but they still do a good job of buffing....and oh the only moisture they get is a little bit of spit for a spit shine.

These cloths should last a lifetime
That's the good news. The less good news, at least as far as I'm concerned, is that they're far longer, wider, and thicker than any shoe shine cloth I've ever owned, and I've owned quite a few in my 72 years. They appear more like a belt to be joined at both ends and mounted on a pair of powered rollers. As is, their width and length makes them too unwieldy. Of course, they can be cut to suit, but the thickness still makes them a bit difficult to use.
