I am very pleased with my new wall décor, it fits perfectly on the wall in my therapy office. The colors are vibrant and the text is easy to read, all composed on a soft, somewhat thin white sheet. The sheet is not completely opaque, you can see the command strips underneath it at the corners which is how I chose to hang mine up. It comes with an alternative method of hanging if you prefer to use clips. The wheel is a staple in my therapy sessions and I’m happy to report no grammatical or spelling errors on the wheel. I liked this option more than some of the others I saw online because of the saying at the top, “It’s okay to feel this way”. Great modern take of the feelings wheel without feeling too juvenile.

My best friend of thirty years recently overcame breast cancer and has been going to therapy and working on an “emotion wheel”. Her birthday was recently and I ordered this for her. I also ordered one for my family as I have twin boys who are toddlers and will need to start learning these things soon. My best friend LOVES it and when she told her therapist about it they asked her to ask me where I got it🤣 I directed her to Amazon. This product is loved by everyone involved and I can’t wait to start working with my children on it

It’s awesome that you can look at a picture and a particular word of all the options available perfectly tells how you feel. The fact that you have a rich variety to choose from makes it even better.

I have a son with PTSD and identifying his emotions has been a big help with our communication. This is well thought out and he can quickly pick 3 that don't involve words like "good", "fine", okay", etc... It's large, easy to move, and seems beneficial for any family as a communication aid.
