Very worst regarding the information, as it's labelled as 20ltr. But not able to fill 10 ltr even.

I bought it 30 litre today for boiling drinking water at home. You can boil13-14 liter water at a time in this 30 litre tank and it takes around 30 min to boil 14 litre water. 30 litre is total volume including lower part which is separate chamber for heating coil and thermostat. Over all its good quality product for boiling water, milk and for warm drinking water all time.

I purchased this boiler last month few days to its not working

Good product easy to use and makes the water hot fast and also maintains. Various temperature controls are really handy.
