Hydration Plus Facial Therapy 2 Ounces

Before I review this product, it's important to note that I find it irritating when I'm asked to review anything immediately after receiving it. The first jar that I ordered was in early December 2013 and it lasted until almost mid-March 2014. My second jar just arrived. I use it about once or twice a day. I have spent far more on other moisturizers and been disappointed but this one really works for me. It makes my skin feel very supple and is quickly absorbed. I also appreciate the fact that it does not use harmful chemicals or toxins and is made in the USA.We all have different skin and our moisturizer requirements will vary but this is definitely worth a try.

About me: 35, fair/pale skin, combination of dry and oily skin. I use this cream on the drier areas of my skin, places that need to be smoothed out.I received a small sample jar of this cream from Whole Foods in Virginia. According to the demonstrator, many of the ingredients are sourced in Virginia and Maryland, and the product is made in small batches. I used the sample for two weeks. A sample/travel size is sold in combination with other Valley Green Naturals products in an "essentials gift & travel pack".I'm here on Amazon buying more of this cream because my skin looks healthier after using this cream for a few weeks. The cream has an orange/tangerine scent, pleasant but noticeable. It doesn't absorb as quickly into the skin as some other face creams. The ingredients are pronounceable.Ingredients (from another web site): purified water, witch hazel, vegetable glycerin, emulsifying wax of vegetable origin, stearic acid of vegetable origin, cold-pressed rice bran oil, cold-pressed sweet almond oil, organic hempseed oil, rosemary extract , rose hip seed oil, vitamin e oil (non-GMO), sweet orange essential oil (steam-distilled), tangerine essential oil (steam-distilled), potassium sorbate, leuconostoc/radish root ferment filtrate

I am fair skinned with dry aging skin. I bought this from a VGN representative at WF in Reston and like supporting home grown US industries so I thought I would try it. I really like its non greasy nature and I alternated using it with pure coconut oil on my face. It lasted a really long time like a year? I really didn't think that it was doing anything special until I ran out for a few months. My face is dry and wrinkles very prominent now so eager to get my new jar to see if I get the same great results. I am sure I will. I went to the company website to ask a question about the type of vitamin E they use in their Replenishing Perfection Night Cream and the owner wrote back right away and she really knows her stuff. Highly recommend!
