This is going to be a mixed review as it did what it's supposed to do and works beautifully. Both large and small gel pens all 120 of them fit inside. I wasn't able to close it but I shouldn't have stuffed them all in there like that. The clasp almost reached so I didn't need to remove many of them. Anywho the bands held firmly. MY PROBLEM NOT THE ITEM is that I'm disabled and stuck in bed 24/7/365. So having this was hard to manage bc it flips and flops every which way and when I smacked my husband a couple of times when watching TV, yeah it's time to find something else. TOTALLY MY ISSUE. So I decided to buy a more sturdy case to use for my gel pens. I'm not going to return this though as I also love to paint. While my gel pens didn't work as well as I'd like them to, my paint brushes are PERFECT for it! So like I said earlier, this is a mixed review bc it did and didn't work for me. I'm certain if I was working on a flat surface like a table or even a lap desk I wouldn't have to to fight it flopping just to find the color I need. When I get back to where I can paint again I will be able to use it and I've wanted one for my paint brushes for a long time so purchasing this was a win win solution even though I ended up using it for something else that wasn't the reason for purchasing it. I really like that it has an actual button clasp and doesn't tie or have velcro like so many of the others. That's why I hadn't bought one for my paint brushes already. Do I need or have 120 brushes? No. But that left room for small tubes of paint! Yes it's an accident waiting to happen I know but can anything associated with painting stay looking brand new forever? Not my stuff. Love the color too it's bright and looks exactly like the pic. So don't be afraid to get this because it really is nice to have.

There were some complaints that this case was too cheaply made. i believe it is very comparable to any of the wrap cases and for apx $10, what can a buyer expect? It fits 72 colored pencils (thin markers and other items that size would also fit) comfortably including the thicker oil based colored pencils. When choosing from the different wraps, I wasn't sure if the tip protector was needed, after all it wasn't like I planned on traveling with it/them....I am SO HAPPY that it has the tip protector. Tips can break fairly easily without one and the protector also stops the smaller items from sliding through. I thought it would get in the way of getting pencils in/out but it does not. There is also extra spots for other items but my two-hole sharpener is too large--it fits but does not go in/out easily thus need to figure out how to attach that yet (thinking a small pouch clipped to an extra elastic strap. Also thought wrapping it up would be too tight especially b/c my pencils are a bit thicker than average. There is plenty of slack so it rolls nicely:) EVERYONE that has seen the case/wrap has commented how great it is and that they want to get one! I bought one for myself and one for a gift. The recipient loved it as well. Great case for great price.

I wanted something for my Prismacolor Pencils. I wish these came in different colors, and more pencil count. I can get a couple more than 72 in this, but I use the extra spots for my blending pencils/stubs and the sharpener for the stubs. I really like these because I can tell which ones are my Prismacolors and which ones are my Marco Raffine pencils. But like I said, they need to make more colors. I prefer these to the roll wraps, even though I do have one of them too. But these I just fold in half, and lay them where I store stuff. I like how easy it is to get to the pencil I want. I can fold the bottom lap down and see the color of the tips, and not worry that the pencils will fall out. Tight fit for the Prismacolors. I would buy again, but please sellers, make some more colors :)

This is exactly what I needed!I got the pink one, which isn't really pink, it's more purple. I should have bought black. I wasn't thinking how looking at the pencil colors would look against the pink. It's a thing. Black or a neutral color would work much better.It's also a little bulky. But the slots are perfect and it keeps all my pencils out in order so I'm no longer digging through a pencil box searching for the color I want.I do wish it was a different closure or there was more than once snap. If I put a pencil sharpener in the larger elastic, I can't actually snap the roll closed. Still, it's pretty awesome. What I really wanted was a way to keep them all in order and visible, and this does the job well.

The new home for my Marco Raffine colored pencils! When I first got them, it tossed them into a dollar pencil box from Michaels but I found myself not reaching for that set often as it was hard to track down the color I wanted. Problem solved with this new case! The pencils have a protective flap to protect their tips and I can keep the colors organized and locate the color I want. The case folds/rolls up nicely for storage. I love the shade of purple as well. I like all my cases in different colors and styles so I know what I'm grabbing without opening them so the color options on this set was very helpful. Very pleased with this case!

I am using this for my watercolor pencils. Before I had them loose in a zipper bag. I was always dumping them on my art table looking for the right color. Now I organize my pencils by color group. I can easily find the pencil I need. Also I was able to spot at a glance what hues I need to add. It folds up and goes into my art bag when I am going to my weekly painting group. Didn't know how much I needed it until I got it.

So far I'm very pleased with my pencil case. It was one of the least expensive but it fits my needs. It holds my 72 set of Marco colors and has extra loops for an eraser and sharpener. It will come in handy when I travel! Glad I chose this one.

this is a very nice product. gave it only 4 stars because it doesn't roll up and snap when 72 pencils are in it had to take some out.
