You had to have that knife at the right angle to sharpen it you have to figure it out yourself

Worked well on are older knives that were always hard to get a good edge on them.The coarse slot is fairly aggressive, and I intentionally took off some steel on the extra dull knives.Then I ran it throuh the fine slot to finish them up.As it says in the instructions, the angle on the sharpener isn't suitable for fine German and Japanese knives, so I didn't even atempt.I beieve I will leave those to a professional! I sharpened about 10 long kitchen knives that needed a lot of work. When I was done there was actually a pile of shavings on the far side of the sharpener.It worked a lot better than any other commercial sharpener I have used.I dont have any ceramic knives, so I taped that slot off so I wouldn't confuse them.

it works okay, not the best but can't really complain for the price.

Nice product, it combines three sharpeners in one. It does not clearly state in the write for product that 2 of the sharpeners are for metal blades (a course & a fine) and the third is only for ceramic blades. The rubberized feet and design keep is stable on the counter and makes it easy to use. Just a few passes and your knife will have a nice keen edge. It is nicely priced, I'd recommend it to anyone.

It simply did not sharpen any thing that I tried. The only feature that I have not used is the sharpening of the ceramic blade.

it works. I can now slice newspaper in one swipe rather than the two or three swipes it took before this gem came in the mail.

NO WAY TO CLEAN OR REPLACE CUTTERS?

After a move from one home to another somehow my old school knife sharpener grew legs and walked off! So I looked on line didn't know which one to try until I received an email from buck knife direct recommending this sharpener so I decided to give it a try.upon receiving it I had gone fishing needing to filet some catfish I gave it a try.It worked great kept my filet knife sharp made the task a breeze,so now I believe I have sharpened all hunting and fishing knives couldn't be happier!give it a try you won't be disappointed!!
