Five stars for customer service - they were polite and considerate. Three stars for dress quality.We bought this for our 4 year old, and she played in it as a 4 year old would, not rough, but not like an adult would. The first day,less than 6 hours after opening it up Christmas morning, the dress pulled apart at the seam between the bodice and skirt. She probably stepped on it when when stood up. We fixed the dress, the seller offered a partial refund which was gladly accepted. The dress started tearing in a different place, again at a seam. I do NOT think this is poor construction, it's the fabric that was used, it's just not sturdy. My mom is an expert seamstress and said that this type of material just doesn't hold up well, it pulls at seams no matter how well it's sewn.SO, as far as our daughter is concerned, she LOVES LOVES LOVES the dress. I wish, for the money paid, that it would've held up better. Perhaps if the seller would change to more of a spandex/nylon material that still looked shimmery but was sturdier, their product would be more kid-friendly.She'll wear the dress to piece and love every minute, but I would regretfully not spend the money on this dress again. I do want to emphasize though that the seller was great to work with, very prompt, very courteous and accomodating. I would buy from them as a seller without hesitation, I just wouldn't buy this dress again.

We ordered this dress for my 4 yr old as a Halloween costume. After we paid for it the estimated shipping date was November 4th. We contacted the seller and was told it should be here before Halloween, but if not he would give us a full refund.(we received the dress yesterday on October 17th.) Now as far as the fit of the dress i voted as it to be a little big, but my child is very petite and is almost 5yrs old and weighs 26 pds. Other then the length of the dress it fit great. The dress is of good quality. Way better quality then we were expecting and it looks like it does in the picture. Our daughter loves it! I can't wait to see her all dressed up in it! The sellers were great and it was very sweet to get a hamd written note with her dress from the seller. A special touch.

My granddaughter loves it. I'd been looking for an Elsa dress, and this was by far the closest design I found to match the dress in the movie. I ordered a 4T and the dress fit as I hoped and imagined it should. Very well made for child's play. The dress is very pretty - job well done. Frozen is by far my granddaughters favorite movie and this dress was the hit for her 4th birthday.

When we got this dress my daughter wore it almost everyday. She's 3 feet tall and about 33 lbs so I got a size 4 and it fits well. The quality of the dress is good and I think it will last for a while.

My granddaughter is 3.5 and totally loves it. It is a beautiful dress and she is very happy.

Runs very small beware and the sleeves can be itchy.

The rinestones on the dress fall easily and thedress was way too long
