The pendant's a little bigger than expected, but it's beautiful and feels well-made. The chain it came with was not the best though and broke, but it was easy to replace with a stronger one.The necklace came in a little drawstring bag with the lava stones, though a couple of them didn't fit perfectly into the pendant. Not a big deal if you only use one or two, but overall I'm satisfied with my purchase.

It's beautiful and delicate in appearance, as I was hoping. The opening is secured by the chain (you have to remove the chain to open the locket) which makes it feel more secure. The chain I received had links that were too bulky to smoothly fit the the clasp, so I will change that myself. I guess that's what you get for the price. The heart shaped lava stones fit into the pendant very well, better than pictured. It was well packaged, as well.Taking off one star for the chain. The pendant itself is beautiful.

Very Pretty. Bought for my granddaughter, who loves it! Very delicate chain, easy to break. I really like the design though. The chain goes through the latch at top, holding it closed so it can't open while being worn. Great engineering. I would personally prefer a felt pad in center over the lava stone. I think it would hold more oil without dripping, but the stone has not dripped. We just don't add as much oil to the stone as we would with felt.

I gave this as a gift a few months ago to a first responder. I thought the scent she could use would help alleviate the stress of the day and provide her with a different scent than the ones she encounters in the hospital on a regular basis. THE LOCKET IS SMALLER THAN I EXPECTED BUT THAT WAS FINE. THE SIZE WAS ACTUALLY NICE. THE HEART SHAPED LAVA STONES WERE NICELY SHAPED AND FIT THE LOCKET PERFECTLY. WITH JUST A FEW DROPS OF YOUR FAVORITE ESSENTIAL OIL ON THE LAVA STONE, YOU CAN ENJOY THE SCENT FOR SEVERAL DAYS. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE.

This necklace is beautiful. Everything looks just as it does online. Seems to be very good quality and well made. The chain is adjustable in length, and the lava stones are easy to change in and out.
