iDeer Life Vibration Power Plates, Vibration Trainer, Fitness Vibrating Machine, Oscillating Platform, Whole body shaking

I saw this machine before I traveled, but It was too heavy to bring it to the UK, I can find it in Amazon now. I keep use this machine more than ten days, feeling like doing a lot of exercise. Standing on it for 15 minutes seems to have run for more than an hour. The muscles will feel sore and the body's fat feels a lot tighter. This effortless weight loss method is too suitable for lazy people like me! I must insist on a lazy exercise for 15 minutes a day!

 Although I do like the iDeer Life Vibration Power Plates as it is powerful and is good value for the price, I do have a couple of concerns. When I ordered it, I was under the impression that there were 10 automated programmes, and this is stated within the User Manual that came with the product (photo attached) there are only 5 as demonstrated with the attached video. On checking the advert, it does mention 5 programmes, but further down the same advert it also states10 programmes. So it is misleading. I’ve not been able to test the speaker as when I connected my iPod to the usb point it went crazy and I unplugged it immediately, but as only using it for 10 mins at a time, I can manage without music. Also, I’m going to have to use a screwdriver to adjust the point where the resistance bands connect to the machine, as quality control appear to have missed that there’s not enough room to hook on.

Amazing product. If you have any health condition that limits you from serious workout or exisizes, like I do ( barely could walk and limbing ) - this machine helps so much! Increasing blood circulation, muscle toning and improving well being so much!My husband just had broken ankle 2 months ago and unfortunately was diagnosed with nerve damage in his foot after trauma. Now he was using this vibration plate just couple days and we can see drastic improvement, better movement, swolleness alost gone. It's Trully so amazing for health that we just asking ourselves : " why we didn't think about it before?". Besides it's sturdy, super quite and gorgeous piece of equipment.I feel so awesome after using this machine, It gives me confidence to restore my health and I want to share that with others who are looking to help themselves and the ones they love! Its worth more then gold.By the way delivery was soo fast too. Thank you again!Update : been using it every day for hours.... Still running strong. No issues at all. Can't live without it.

This fitness board vibrating machine is my favorite product bought in the past six months, because I don't like exercise . I have been looking for a device that doesn't require exercise and can keep my weight, and then chose this product. I use it for about fifteen minutes to thirty minutes a day, depending on my time. When I first started using it, I felt that the stimulated part would get hot and I would feel itchy and uncomfortable. After two weeks, the situation improved. My friend said that I looked slim, but my weight did not change. This is a good fitness equipment.

I use this a couple of days and this thing is everything I wanted. When I get in from work, I jump on it and it’s like having a full body massage. It has different programs and different areas to rest your feet. All in one it’s a great machine.

When I use it my legs get warm and I feel stronger. My body gets tighter and overall its good if you add other exercises like walking, running and riding a bike; it will help you if your 40+ and get swollen legs from sitting or standing all day.

I use this every day. It helps with my hip pain - which is muscular not joint - especially after half an hour on the treadmill. I use this instead of stretching after running. I would certainly buy it again.
