This product vibrates, it does not move up and down as it should. This product will do more damage than good. Save your money.

Great product for skin rejuvenation! Fits all regular A6 cartridges. Came with great assortment of needle cartridges. I like the 12 pin best. Came also with a nice guide /user manual. Looks same as the more expensive A6

First time having done this to my face. Awesome results.
