what color is your hair and what color are you planning on using? I have to say my natural hair is almost black and I used Clairol products for as long as I can remember but when Perfect 10 came out, I knew it was the product for me. My hair is light blonde now and with this product, I have different shades throughout my hair. I am very gray but you would never know it, it covers fantastic. Do yourself a favor, get started on using this, you will make this your "go to" hair dye from now on. I hope this helped you, I love this product and so does my hair!! lol

Q: This listing says it is a pack of two, but the last time I ordered it, I only got one. Is this price for a pack of two?

Last time i ordered it says box of 2 I ordered 3 boxes of 2 but only got 3 hair colors. What is the price for? I called my american Express and told them what i had received and they only paid for the 3 hair colors since i ordered off my AE I have ordered again i hope this doesn't happen again.

It says, Number of Items 1; Unit Count 2 count. I was unsure what it meant, but it used to have two boxes taped together, so I was hoping the same way. But, it turned out "only a single box" (October 2022). Many of the answers in this section must be outdated.
