1st one didnt turn on, second one didnt take the consumer cellular sim card, which is a t moblie and at&t friendly, so if you order this phone good luck. I sent the 2nd one back! my Grandma and I were very disappointed!

We bought this product for our mother age 91. She is very happy with how uncomplicated it is to use. We are very happy with the quality and features (memory dial and additional speed dials). (SOS feature with family phone numbers on auto dial if used)

just received my phone and there is no charging dock in the box (((((( did I get an open box or refurbished phone?

Came programmed in Japanese. I was in the process of moving so didn't return it. But definitely would not recommend it.

I bought this for my 102 year old mother, she has been using an LG flip phone for several years. This phone is very confusing when wanting to use Speakerphone. When making an outgoing call the "H Free" is on left side of screen requiring the left "soft key" but if you do not press at start of call and need to use speakerphone then it moves to right side thus requiring Right "soft key". Incoming call "H Free" starts out on Right side. Why not just one "soft key" requirement for turning on Speakerphone? This phone also requires multiple steps to get to address book and to open voice mail. Mother had no issues with LG phone but it has taken several days to get past Speakerphone issues and we haven't started on Address Book. In my opinion this is not recommended for older users. Another issue is very low battery life.

This was purchased to replace a Pantech Breeze III. The phone is larger and the screen is bright but is not easy to use. It also continues to show an "install SIMM" message even though the SIMM card is installed properly. This is my 89 year old mom's phone and frustrating for both of us.

Won't save numbers. Went to return and can't get the return label to print. Ordered a second one, same problem:/

Nice basic phone for my elderly mother

I have never used this seller before but they do care about there customers, the seller contacted me asking how I liked this phone. well hear is my revenue. The phone is a nice size to hold in your hand, it is very well built, the two screens are nice and bright the buttons are very positive and it is loud, for people with poor eye sight the phone has a voice prompt that tells you the numbers you have pressed, the red coulor makes it easy to fiend, so if you are looking for a simple phone that is well built and will last and can run 2G and 3G the take a good look at this one.

Great little phone. And good price. We will see how it goes after a few months.
