24 hour mode only
The watch i received only does 24 hour mode and cannot be switched to 12 hour mode as described.For example instead of saying "It is 3 in the afternoon" it says "It is 15 hours". My blind elderly cousin does not understand what 15 hours means.

The watch is in Spanish which is great but can only be set to Military time
